So I am trapped at home with sick kids and little hope of getting out until late tomorrow. Please comment here with your best deals to help those of us who will be getting a late start and those who may have time to check throughout the day. Thanks!!!
This week seems like there are not any great deals. But here are a few I am going to use.
ReplyDeletePick n'save has Brawny Paper Towels and Quilted Northern TP on sale for 5.99. A few weeks ago the paper had coupons for $1.00 off so you could get them for 3.99. Not sure how great of a sale but always need these.
Kellogg's Cereal 4 for $10.00 and then get $3.00 for milk. If you go to Kellogg's site you can get coupons for $1.00 off Smart Start which should work for any Kelloggs Cereal. If you can find 4 coupons...that would mean 4 boxes and milk for $2.00 If you can not there is also a coupon on Kelloggs site for $1.50 off two. If you combine them you can get 4 boxes and milk for $4.50. I know most people have lots of stored boxes of cereal so it may not be the deal you are looking for.
I actually went this morning for bagels since Ellie hasn't kept anything down for 48 hours and that was all that sounded good to her. I hastily put together 2 lists and spent about $65.00 and saved about $80.00. Not my best, but I got a $20.00 ham for $10.00, about 8 pounds of chicken for $1.99 a pound and some produce I needed.
ReplyDeleteThe best deals I found were the Brawny Paper Towel and TP mentioned above, I got gogurts which were BOGO, I had 2 $1.00 off 2 coupons and also had 2 coupons for $1.00 of baked Lays which worked on the 2/$5.00 lays kettle and regular chips. I love the bbq kettle chips! I will put that one on the blog. The Macain coupon from last week for $1.00 off a simply potato works for any Macain potato and they had fries for 50% off ($1.58) so that was a money maker.:-)
Good luck!
Kelloggs deal is a good one - if you buy four of the sale boxes, you get $3 instantly off your total; if you buy 5 boxes you get $4 off. Also, some of the kelloggs boxes have $5 worth of coupons inside (marked on the outside of the box). 3 are for Kelloggs cereal, one for poptarts, and one is $1 off a 64 oz minute maid OJ (which is on sale for $2).
ReplyDeleteAlso, I had lots of coupons for ConAgra products that are buy $15 worth and get $5 off your next purchase (items like healthy choice frozen dinners, hunts tomato sauce, etc).
Lastly, if you have any $1 off 3 Progresso soups, some of the varieties are on sale for $1, so you end up with 3 cans for $1.
I'm going back tonight for a couple of the other deals (paper towels and Northern).
Happy shopping!!
