I didn't put a lot of effort into this but ultimately I made three trips to Copps and spent $64 and had a total savings of $90 (this includes the P&G Gift Card that I don't have in my possession yet). My deal of the day was the Buy 1 Get 1 hormel pork tenderloin. I found a coupon on the internet at Hormel for $1.00 off. I photocopied it and they used both of them for $4 off. So ultimately I paid $1.30 for 3 lb. of tenderloin. However, I'm still not the seasoned veteran that the rest of you are so I'd love to hear how you made the deals work!
ReplyDeleteGood tenderloin deal, although it may not be OK to photocopy coupons. Could you download more than one? Or one from your computer and one from Nella's? That's how I get extra coupons, by using Todd's computer. This week I spent $80.00 and saved $320! By far the best I have done, I also have 2 $10.00 VISA cards and a $5.00 gas card to use. I got a great deal on Crest Whitestips...you can still do this one it had nothing to do with double coupons. I get a $10.00 off coupon from the paper, bought the white strips and $34.00 white strip kit was $7.00! This also counted toward the but $25.00 of P&G stuff so I did the sale razor's (4.99 after 2.00 coupon) plus got a Olay body wash for free (also with coupon) that added up to 25.00 on the receipt. All coupons were from last Sunday, so you could still do this one. The other thing that is a great deal that goes until the 21st is Pillsbury dough...buy 6 and get a $4.00 register reward. There are a ton of $1.00 off 2 coupons online and I found that even the coupon says crescent rolls for example, you can use it for dinner or sweet rolls or pizza dough. The dough was on sale this week, and I am sure some of it will be on sale this week, it always seems to be. The dough was free or 25 cents a tube after coupon plus the $4.00 register reward. A great deal!!
ReplyDeleteWOW You are the coupon queen! I am trying to increase my coupon savings each week but am a long way off from your savings! My grocery total this week before coupons was $240. Coupons then totaled $89.00. Plus recieved the $5 gas offer, $10 Visa offer and $13.50 off for the Pick N Save card reward. Bringing my total savings to $117.50.
